Following are some frequently asked questions about our service, the law firm web platform and what to expect.

How long does it take to build my site?

If you, the law firm client, are able to reply reasonably fast to our questions about design, photos, text, menus, etc., you can expect a turnaround in as short as two weeks.

I’m trying to build my email newsletter list. Can you help with that?

We’re happy to integrate and style a sign-up box from your email marketing partner (MailChimp, ConstantContact, ExactTarget, CampaignMonitor, etc.) at no additional charge. Some email marketing services, such as MailChimp, also offer an archive feature, where your email newsletters are archived automatically on a page in your website.

I’m connecting with my clientele on Facebook and Twitter. How does that work with my new site?

We can integrate a variety of social media widgets, including the Facebook promo box, Facebook Like button, latest Twitter stream, Reddit and Delicious social bookmark links and more, all at no additional charge.

How do I share my services and areas of practice?

We recommend creating a page for each area of practice. Pages can be set as Parent or Child pages, which facilitates nice, elegant site navigation with drop-down menus. You’ll have complete control over creating unlimited pages on your website, with a full tutorial website to reference, and we’re always available for a little hand-holding whenever you need it.
